Treed It is a new business cluster in Cité Descartes, Champs-sur-Marne, France. The project consists of five building masses; three are for student and young worker residences, while the other two are for medical offices and car parks.

Every building in Treed It supports sustainable urban planning which is the main concept of the project. The Treed It Car Park designed by Saison Menu Architectes Urbanistes answers that challenge by showcasing its combination of wood and concrete structures. The parking building with a capacity of 240 cars has a plan that aims to preserve the oak trees that grow a lot around it.
Treed It Car Park is part of a sustainable urban planning project, alongside other building blocks around it.
The Treed It Car Park's wood and concrete structure arrange each floor with a half-level difference in height. That way, this building can reduce the encroachment of cross-car lanes while increasing the number of parking spaces. The application of wooden and concrete structures is also distinguished by each floor. Overall, elements such as poles, beams, and slabs present on the ground floor are built with concrete. Meanwhile, on the floor of R+1 onwards, it can be found that poles and beams made of wood support each other with concrete slabs.
This parking building can accommodate 240 cars.

The risk of such a structural system is the creation of residual space at the top level where the car is already immutable. Saison Menu Architectes Urbanistes then added sports facilities and a place to relax in the space that further complements the Treed It Car Park program.
Facades of white lacquered vertical metal tube cladding help Treed It Car Park disguise its identity as a parking building.
The cladding volume of white lacquered vertical metal tubes plays a role in ensuring good natural ventilation and protecting the surrounding environmental scenery from the piles of vehicles parked inside. More than that, the variation in the arrangement of those tubes also produces a kinetic effect that can change everyone's perception of the building.
Everyone can have some perception of this parking building as it walks past.
The parking building designed by Saison Menu Architectes Urbanistes has succeeded in showing its capacity to support sustainable design concepts. Treed It Car Park also comes with a design that is in harmony with the surrounding environment and buildings.
