The Olea All-Suite Hotel is located on Zakynthos Island, Greece. Beautifully perched atop a hill in organically evergreen Tsilivi, this hotel is sheltered from the wind and blends in with the emerald hues of the lush natural landscape.

The Olea Suites Hotel by BLOCK722 Architects+modern hotel design but blends with nature

Designed by block722+ architects, the hotel comprises 93 luxury suites and an array of public amenities focused on natural engineering and materials. The result is a contemporary and peaceful retreat that combines Mediterranean architecture with tropical modernism, blending perfectly with the lush natural landscape that surrounds it.

When entering this hotel, visitors will be pampered with an artificial lake covering an area of 4000 square meters which serves as the heart of the hotel is serene. Around the lake, there are suites and hotel facilities that develop naturally with the surrounding environment. This soothing power of water flows freely in every corner of the Olea Hotel and makes it the 'blood vessel' of this hotel.

The water element comes in many forms throughout the hotel, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. Many of the suites come with private pools, where guests can relax while enjoying views of the Ionian sea or the hotel's luxurious green gardens.

Block722 architects+ developed Olea designs and concepts with a great focus on the existing vegetation, including the venerable olive trees that have stood on the site for centuries. The Athens-based studio has used natural materials and techniques, such as rustic oak, bamboo, and rattan, blending the hotel with the surrounding landscape in harmony.

Indoors and outdoors are connected seamlessly, bringing guests in touch with nature while allowing them to relax and experience all that the resort has to offer.

The hotel has various wellness facilities, such as a royal spa & relaxation area (with aromatherapy and special essential oils using Mediterranean herbs), a fully equipped gym, a beauty salon, and a yoga pavilion. In addition, guests are welcome to use the lake-like swimming pool in the middle, where several natural meeting points are formed. The lounge with a deck offers the ideal place for relaxation, sheltered from the sun by the cool shadow of the pergola and the surrounding carob and judas trees. At the same time, the property's three restaurants and three bars serve a wide variety of cuisines that celebrate Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with a creative twist.
