When looking at the exterior, this building has a residential impression with its simplicity and shape like blocks arranged on a board. The shape of the building, which looks like stacked blocks, makes the composition an attractive shape, coupled with the reduction on several sides that serve as openings, to add a sense of simplicity to the design of this house.

The openings in this entry section result from an interesting spatial arrangement, where the ground floor functions as a public space that allows many openings so that air can pass by. While on the floor above, it functions as a private room containing a bedroom, thus minimizing openings in this area to provide privacy for its users, and in the basement, it is used as a vehicle garage.

To maximize natural lighting and air circulation, the openings use glass material with some wood accents and an aluminum frame, so that light and air can enter the dwelling directly. Making the outside of this house seem simple and clean. In addition, a classy impression is also displayed in the form of a selection of unfinished concrete material on the outside by letting the texture of the former concrete formwork wood arranged horizontally provide added value in the aspect of texture and longitudinal façade.

A simple but classy impression is also presented in the interior design of this house. Francesc Rife Studio uses wooden pallet material in almost all interiors combined with iron plate material and also unfinished concrete. The selection of bright color tones on the wooden palette makes the room look big and clean, and the use of dark colors on the floor and stair handles adds a simple impression.

Francesc Rife Studio's design of a 600-square-meter house successfully presents "simple architecture" in a design but does not leave a classy impression on every corner of this house.
